Project Superstar gave Silver Ang her shot to fame onscreen in Local TV. She is not the thinnest model but still cuts a nice figure that she can be proud of. But a few uncontrolled moments of overeating and lacking exercise later, Silver had problems fitting into her jeans.  Not a new problem as Silver had struggled with thick thighs since her teens.
When Does It Go Pear-Shaped?
It is clear that the world doesn’t care about girls with thick thighs because they constantly inconvenience them.
Females tend to store fat on the hips, thighs and buttocks, making one’s appearance pear-shaped. The hips are slightly wider than shoulders with a slim upper body, broadening into a fuller lower body. Pears can be all sizes, petite to plus size. And yet the dressmakers and clothing manufacturers defiantly continue to design to an hourglass silhouette (hips & bust are about the same size with a singed waist and a fuller bottom).
