Cellulite is a skin condition that appears to have areas with underlying fat deposits, giving it the dimpled, lumpy appearance. The most noticeable ones appear on the buttocks and thighs and appear as early as post-puberty. Theresa was a rather petite girl but still faced lower body concerns near the thigh area.   • Clothing - underwear with tight elastic across the buttocks (limiting blood flow) may contribute to the formation of cellulite.
